About the Auction

Join us at the Scotties by the Sea Charity Auction on Thursday 30th November 2023 from 6.30pm, for an exciting evening where our incredible Scotties will find their forever homes.

This is your chance to bid for your favourite Scottie and have the chance to take home a lasting memory of the Scotties by the Sea trail.

Each sculpture has been individually designed and painted by our incredible artists and they are all unique one-offs, not available to buy anywhere else. They are certainly a collectors item!

The net proceeds of the auction will go to Maggie’s Dundee. Your support will help Maggie’s employ cancer-support specialists, pay for nutrition courses, fund a benefits advisor, organise walking and exercise groups, and generally support the 15,000 visits they have from local people with cancer and their families, so please bid generously.

If you are interested in attending in person and bidding at the live auction, please get in touch with us at scottiesbythesea@bidstandrews.co.uk. Due to high demand to attend in person, space will be limited, so we ask only serious bidders to register their interest in attending. We anticipate bidding will start at £2,000 for each sculpture. VAT will be added to the final hammer price for each lot so please consider this when placing your bids.

The online auction is now open and you can view the auction catalogue and place your bids online by clicking the button below. All bids placed online in advance of the auction will be executed on the night as part of the live auction event, so if you are bidding online don’t forget to log in and watch the live stream on the night to follow all the action!
